Athletic Training Room Hours

Injury Evaluation and Therapy

  • 7:15 AM – 7:50 AM
  • After-school hours by appointment, depending on practice/game schedules

If the student is not present at the morning evaluation for a new injury,  then they are expected to participate in the afternoon workout.

Rank One Sports Portal 

All UIL Athletic Forms are accessible through RANK ONE SPORT.

The only form that must be printed, completed by a physician, and returned to the Athletic Department is the Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form. 

All forms will need to be updated annually through the Rane One Sports Portal.
