Parents and Guardians…here is a copy of the email I just sent your students.
Good morning! Your schedules are now live on both your student and parent portals.
A couple of things to remember about your schedules...Course selections that you completed last Spring were all reviewed and considered and in many cases, we were able to accommodate those requests. Due to conflicts, student needs for graduation requirements, and CTE pathway completion there may be some courses that did not get placed on your schedule. We have filled those with what is available during that particular period but it might not be something that you recognize or signed up for.
There will be time for you to review and meet with Ms. McLendon about your schedule once school starts. Schedule changes will not be considered until Wednesday, August 17th at the earliest. We need you to spend the 1st day going through the schedule provided for attendance and verification purposes. Please CLICK HERE for access to the Google Form that needs to be filled out for all schedule change requests. This form is to be filled out by the student using their Blanco ISD email login for Google. It is restricted to only Blanco ISD users. All schedule changes must be requested by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 26th, 2022. Ms. McLendon will be calling you down to discuss the change once you have filled out this form. Please do not email Ms. McLendon any requests prior to filling out the Google Form that is provided.
We will be putting the same link for this form on our school website.
If you have a period missing a class or you have two classes in the same period, please email those to Ms. McLendon prior to the start of school. These are the ONLY changes that need to be addressed before the start of school.
