BISD Cancels Classes Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 17 and 18th

Due to extreme weather and road conditions, power outages, and water concerns, Blanco ISD will be closed Wednesday and Thursday, February 17th and 18th.  

We will continue to monitor all conditions and let you know about Friday’s plans as soon as possible. As of right now, our administrators will use Friday to assess any damages to our buildings and/or vehicles. Keeping the safety of our students and staff as our number one priority, we need to make sure our buildings and buses are ready for our return.

Friday, school will either be canceled or classes will be 100% online depending on the power outages. Look for more information to come out on Thursday.
