Teacher Incentive Allotment Designations Approved

This week, TEA notified Blanco ISD that the 2021-2022 Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) data submitted passed data validation measures and was approved. We are so proud of the eight teachers who earned a TIA Designation Level based on the 2021-2022 data!

Teachers must meet very rigorous standards in both their T-TESS observation and in demonstrating student growth. Of the eight teachers receiving designations, two teachers earned an Exemplary Designation and six teachers earned a Recognized Designation. Congratulations to the following teachers for meeting these very high standards!
